Images of what is being called the YEEZY Foam Runner were leaked online yesterday. As the name suggests, these YEEZYs, set to be released in 2020, are entirely constructed of foam and take on a performance-style aesthetic reminiscent of the YEEZY Boost 700, albeit in foam clog form.

The images are part of the The Face magazine’s latest issue and give us our best look yet at a silhouette that was first spotted on Kanye West’s daughter, North West, earlier this summer.

Of course, as with most of what Kanye West does, the silhouette was divisive, splitting opinion on Twitter. Some users had no idea what to make of the design, others trolled sneakerheads that would undoubtedly be entering raffles for the YEEZY Foam Runner should it definitely drop next year.

Whether Kanye West is trolling us all with a “YEEZY Croc,” as it’s being called online, or he’s really on to something with a more style-conscious alternative to the often-hated, yet still somehow popular Croc Clog, you can check out a roundup of the best reactions below.
