The 2020 Woolmark Prize finalists have been announced. A-COLD-WALL*, GmbH, BODE and Richard Malone are among the designers shortlisted to present their collection of six Merino-wool looks in London next February.

The judges, including Vogue.com’s chief critic Sarah Mower, Vogue Germany’s editor-in-chief Christiane Arp, Vogue Italia’s deputy editor-in-chief Sara Sozzani Maino and Vogue Australia’s fashion director Christine Centenera will award $135,000 for the top prize and a $65,000 for an innovation prize.

The ten finalists representing nine countries were selected out 300 applications from 47 countries for the prestigious award. Previous winners include Karl Lagerfeld and Yves Saint Laurent who in 1954 shared the prize in what was its inaugural year.

You'll be able to shop each of the finalists' collections next fall when they go on sale through the International Woolmark Prize retail network (which includes Mytheresa.com and Matchesfashion.com).
