Highsnobiety is delighted to reveal that Versace’s SS20 runway collection has pre-launched on Highsnobiety Shop, before any other retailer globally.

The collection was designed to celebrate contemporary masculinity and symbolizes the journey of a young man who comes of age to find his confidence. Characteristically bold colors and patterns are splashed across silk shirts, pants, and shorts. Artist Andy Dixon, a close friend of the house, has hand-painted some of Versace’s archival prints, such as a portrait of the Roman god Bacchus, and added motifs from his own work, including opulent vases and a race car, to some of the seasonal pieces.

The storied fashion house also pays tribute to Prodigy, the British band accredited with kickstarting rave culture, through tie-dye patterns and ’90s-inspired graphics, which are featured prominently throughout the collection.

Highsnobiety, Highsnobiety, Highsnobiety
