What We’re Saying: Nike SB has tapped Japanese artist Verdy to deliver a new take on the Dunk Low via his Wasted Youth label. According to Nike, Verdy's Wasted Youth x SB Dunk Low draws from punk and skate culture, and the desire to rebel against everything.

The upper of the sneaker is dressed in patchwork denim. Contrasting red stitching provides pops of color, most notably via a rose graphic applied to the lateral Swoosh. Additional embroidery appears on the heels, where Wasted Youth is featured in white stitching. The heels are also adorned with metallic hardware similar to a D-ring belt, an accessory popularized by punk culture. The Dunks also feature custom-printed insoles.

The Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low "Wasted Youth" drops today, April 6 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
