Following days of teasing an upcoming collaboration, Tiffany & Co. has just revealed its partnership with Dior collaborator and artist Daniel Arsham.

Transforming Tiffany & Co.'s signature Tiffany Blue box through his own recognizable aesthetic, Arsham has created a series of 49 bronze sculptures of the accessory. “I always gravitate towards items that are immediately culturally recognizable. The Tiffany Blue Box has that power,” said Arsham on the collaboration.

The box features an eroded design incorporating Tiffany's signature hue as well as a custom hand-finished patina that nods to the Tiffany Blue as well as the Arsham Studio color. “I wanted to address it in a way different than how it was originally intended by giving it a distressed, aged quality which represents its history, how much of a fixture it is in our world today, and how it will continue to be relevant decades, even centuries from now.”

In addition to the box, a limited edition Tiffany Knot x Arsham Studio bracelet crafted from 18k white gold with diamonds is featured inside. The Tiffany Knot is originally inspired by New York's energy and character, and the limited-edition piece also features the Tsavorite – a Tiffany legacy gemstone – introduced in 1974.

Tiffany & Co. has definitely taken a new approach lately, collaborating with contemporary artists like Arsham, as well as enlisting Jay-Z and Beyoncé as brand ambassadors. Tiffany executive Alexandre Arnault has previously worked with Daniel Arsham at his previous position as CEO of Rimowa, and is continuing his collaborative streak from the suitcase label which saw partnerships with names including Supreme, Off-White™, Dior, and more.

The Daniel Arsham x Tiffany & Co. collaboration is set to release on September 9 alongside a large-scale installation at the Tiffany Flagship in NYC that will be displayed until the end of October.
