Editor’s Notes: Sean Wotherspoon’s long-awaited first collaboration with adidas is part of a larger SUPEREARTH initiative, which strives to bring an end to material waste during the footwear manufacturing process. This is achieved through pattern efficiency and the use of recycled materials. The Superstar, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, is the perfect canvas for Wotherspoon to let his creativity run wild, as evidenced in the embroidered detailing on the sides of the upper.

Sean Wotherspoon’s adidas Originals SUPEREARTH Superstar will be released on the adidas Confirmed App on August 29.
