Ronnie Fieg's Clarks Have Grilling Shoe Energy
The official summer season may be just days away, but Kith Summer is in full swing. Ronnie Fieg's label continues to roll out its seasonal goods and collaborations, moving along with Fieg's latest Clarks delivery.
Ronnie Fieg's 8th St imprint and Clarks are back at it for Summer '24, serving up two new silhouettes — the Brixham and Ridgevale — filled with pure grilling energy.
It makes sense, really. Fieg's Clarks are inspired by the humble fisherman sandal, also known as the "grilling sandal," famously worn by BBQ dads and uncles at family functions.
Fieg's Clarks Ridgevale shoes really go for it, entering sophisticated grilling mode with lush textures and unmistakable fisherman sandal details. The Ridgevale model, particularly, presents that familiar summery strapping on the toe, executed through smooth suede and nubuck overlapping.
The collaborative Brixham shoe, on the other hand, quite literally looks like a breathable Wallabee with more subtle dadcore vibes. Fieg's Brixham features airy cutouts on the sidewall, welcoming a slight breeze to the feet like the iconic sandal ('cause it gets scorching around the grill).
Underfoot on both shoes, Clarks' famous crepe sole reminds us of the brand's presence, next to Clarks and Fieg's branding on the insoles.
Like Kith's adidas sneakers, 8th St by Ronnie Fieg's Clarks shoes come in four season-worthy colorways each. What's even better is fans don't have to wait for them any longer — the collab is now available on Kith's website and retail stores.
