Spain’s very own Pull&Bear returns with its latest musical-inspired collaboration. Following their recent drop with reggaeton artist Lunay, the brand continues to tap into the world of international music, enlisting the talents of Argentinian rapper Nicki Nicole. Part of the brand’s relaunched Sicko19 line, a modern reinterpretation of its current pieces, the drop mixes the cutesy world of anime with hard-hitting hip-hop.

A rising artist, the twenty-year-old rapper has already racked up over 40 million Spotify streams for her last record Colocao. With an eclectic style that touches on pop, r&b, trap, and soul genres, her latest promo sees Nicki paying homage to vintage gangster flicks. The mob-inspired music video for new track "Mala Vida" features enough Panama hats, family feuds, and moody cigarette shots to shake a Godfather DVD box set at. With a melodic cadence, the charismatic rapper bounces deftly between styles, dropping hard raps juxtaposed with delicate notes.

Pull&Bear draws from Nicole’s versatile energy, bringing the clashing worlds of anime and hip-hop together, resulting in an energetic drop filled with graphic prints and classic sportswear pieces. From striking tie-dye print sets with bold graphic prints to all-over logo sweats, the overarching tonal scheme hits vibrant notes of purple, black, and white.

The collection features two versatile fits: relaxed silhouettes in twin sets with matching sweatshirt, sweat pants, and outerwear, juxtaposed with fitted silhouettes, which include dresses, crop tops, and cycling shorts. The playful shoot that accompanies the campaign sees Nicole interacting with her anime alter ego, further bridging the gap between her hip-hop-influenced persona and the familiar anime aesthetic.

The collection is available in selected stores and on pullandbear.com.
