Last night, Statik Selektah shared an unreleased verse from none other than the late Notorious B.I.G. Sharing the song titled "Bastard Child" on his Instagram, Selektah claimed: "even the biggest Notorious fans prob don't know this verse."

The verse is rumored to have come from creative director Joe Lyons's extensive collection of rare Biggie demos and freestyles. Listen below.

Coinciding with the Statik's post, Lyons announced that on May 14 he'll be sharing material from his personal collection (one of the most complete collections of Biggie's recordings) during an Instagram Live session.

"If you are a huge fan and collector of Biggie’s music you likely have heard most of these tracks, but tune in for a trip down memory lane to the early 90s when #nychiphop ruled," he wrote.
