Sneakerheads are bombarded with news of upcoming releases on a daily basis. To save you some time from searching each and every site and leak account, we've taken it upon ourselves to sift through the onslaught and bring you a few noteworthy kicks that have captured our attention.

Today, New Balance introduced an all-new silhouette, the BB9000, a lifestyle/basketball crossover that draws from high fashion. The sneaker makes use of some of the brand's most innovative technology, all while incorporating design elements from top New Balance lifestyle shoes.

With the spring season upon us, Italian shoe brand ROA has come through accordingly to deliver a new selection of outdoor footwear. These shoes aren't exclusively for mountaineering, though. You can easily rock them out and about around town.

Elsewhere, Junya Watanabe and New Balance are back with yet another collaboration. And if you're looking for something sneaker-related but not an actual shoe, be sure to check out Morprime's limited edition Huarache figurines that are being sold to support those affected by suicide.

Read on to get the latest info about the New Balance BB9000 and more.

New Balance BB9000

Release Date: April 1

Where to Buy: New Balance and select retailers including Foot Locker

Editor’s Notes: The BB9000 from New Balance is part lifestyle shoe and part basketball sneaker. Inspired by high fashion boots, the silhouette references OG New Balance basketball shoes such as the 480 and 550, and includes design details from select lifestyle models like the 1300 and 574. The BB9000 is made using full grain leathers and nubuck suedes, and features a translucent vis-tech outsole and FuelCell technology-equipped midsole.

ROA SS21

Editor’s Notes: ROA's new spring/summer collection is largely influenced by the work of photographer and traveler Naoki Ishikawa and his time spent climbing the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Staple ROA silhouettes have been revamped for the seasonal delivery, while brand new models emerge to diversify the lineup. One of the Italian brand's standout SS21 releases arrives in the form of a collaboration with Brain Dead, which is available from March 30.
