Brand: Kiko Kostadinov x ASICS

Model: GEL-Kiril

Key Features: The GEL-Kiril continues Kostadinov’s penchant for mixing high-end luxury design with retro sportswear influences. A mesh base gives way to high-gloss, synthetic panelling, which includes a checkerboard pattern on the sides of the shoe. Oversized ASICS branding is present on the heel, while the midsole features FlyteFoam cushioning. The sneaker is available in three colorways.

Release Date: February 8

Price: €209 (approximately $230)

Buy: Select retailers including Sneakersnstuff, Afew, and asphaltgold

Editor’s Notes: ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov continue their long-standing partnership with the launch of the collaborative GEL-Kiril. The sneaker was debuted on the FW20 Paris Fashion Week runway and is now making its way onto retailers’ shelves. So far, select retailers have unveiled the green and white colorway, dubbed “Cilantro,” however, there are likely two other iterations dropping as well: a yellow and blue version and a triple black pair. The sneaker will be available on February 8 for approximately $230.
