Fashion and skateboarding have never been more intertwined. One skate turned designer who is paving the way for younger generations to brand out into other industries in Jimmy Gorecki. On our latest episode of Ball Boyz, host Kyle Hodge sits down with the former pro-skater and Pharrell's Ice Cream team affiliate to discuss his new sneaker collaboration with DC Shoes, a few of his best Instagram style moments, and more.

In 2013, Gorecki made a pivot in his skating career, to create his own streetwear brand JSP. After building up his career as brand creator and marketing director, Jimmy and DC Shoes came together for a fire collaboration on the classic Kalis 1 model. Originally released for Bo Jackson, who's famous for breaking the barrier between sports by playing professional football and baseball, the new JSP DC Kalis 1 is an ode to bypassing industry standards and limitations on what you can achieve.

Paying homage to the great Bo Jackson, the sneaker features the all-star's football number 34 stitched on the side of the shoe, with JSP’s logo sprawls itself across the heel. Keeping the ‘90s element to the model with a fluorescent orange, blue, white, and grey colorway. Knick fans, jump for joy. Shop for them here.
